How to order
  1. 1. Please select a product, then select quantity,options, after that put into the cart or just click 'buy now'.

  3. 3. Please input your information and shipping address.

  5. 5. Please pay the amount after checking the order information.
  6. 6. NON-MEMBER users please remember the order number and billing password due to check your order.

- Shipping cost
  • The shipping cost complys with the charges of the oversea shipping company. It will be different according to weights and order amount(including box weight).
- Delivery Date
  • Normaly it takes 7 days.
  • It will be changed according to many kinds of conditions such as different countries,storage,delayed purchasing,duties etc.
  • Buyer can check the commodity situation in order list.
  • When your package shipped out to international shipping company, you can check the tracking number in system.
  • You can track your order in order list or EMS website with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

 1. Return and Exchange Policy
  •   1) acceptable conditions
  •     - wrongly shipped items
  •     - defective items
  •     - just change your mind(buyer should pay all of shipping cost) 
  •   2) non-acceptable conditions
  •     - over 7 days after receiving items
  •     - return items without confirmed by us
  •     - loss or damage to item due to buyer's responsibility like:
  •       ▶ Deformation or contamination of items by wearing or using
  •       ▶ left the smell of perfume, smoke, etc
  •       ▶ Buyer artificially damaged items
  •       ▶ Buyer repaired the items
  •     - the item value declined by using or partial consumption
  •       ▶ such as leggings,stockings,socks,underwear,swimsuits,accessories
